Time: Registration starts at 8:00. We want to start just after 9:00 with the first round.
Entry fee: R30 pp payable at registration.
Rounds: We are going to play 5 rounds
Schedule of rounds:
The first round to end at 10:00
2nd start at 10:30
3rd round at 11:30
4th round at 12:30
5th round at 13:30
Prize giving: Approx 15min after the last game finishes. Approx. 14:30
Prizes: Medals to the first 3 in each age category, and a small trophy to the winner.

If for any reason you can't make it - please let me know so that I can take the name out of the draw. Hence the big gap between round 1 and 2 - for any and all alterations (people not showing must be taken out).
A tuck shop will be open throughout the day and some chess goodies will be on sale.
